Reflective Supervision
Reflective supervision provides a safe and structured space for staff to process the emotional demands of their roles, strengthen resilience, and reflect on their practice. It can help reduce stress and burnout, improve team cohesion, and ultimately support a more positive environment for both staff and students.
Having this intervention in place can be invaluable in sustaining staff well-being, enhancing professional practice, and ensuring that those supporting young people feel supported themselves.
Online Counselling
Our online counselling service offers a safe, confidential space to talk with an experienced psychotherapist.
Sessions take place over secure video call, making it easy to access support from home, school, or work.
Please note this is a paid service.

Convenient and flexible to fit your schedule
No travel needed – accessible from anywhere
Professional, caring support you can trust
Online counselling is a paid service, delivered by qualified counsellors and psychotherapists. Booking is simple, and we will connect you with the right support for you or your child.

Therapeutic Services
Therapy for Children & Young People
We offer face-to-face therapy in Tameside, providing a safe, welcoming space for children and young people to share what is on their mind. Sessions are gentle, child-led, and may include play, creative activities, or talking — whatever feels right for your child.
Therapy can support everyday worries, low confidence, and more complex emotional difficulties, helping your child feel heard, understood, and supported.
We can also work with parents, carers, and schools to provide joined-up support where helpful.
This is a paid service delivered by an experienced psychotherapist who specialises in supporting children and young people with warmth, care, and understanding.
Staff Training and Professional Development
We offer Twilight training sessions designed to support staff well-being and strengthen awareness of mental health in the school environment. These sessions provide practical tools and knowledge that staff can use both personally and professionally.
Please note this is a paid service.
Training topics include:
Mental Health Awareness
Understanding Trauma and Its Impact
Stress Management and Building Resilience
Self-Care Strategies and Avoiding Burnout
Sessions are interactive, reflective, and tailored to the needs of your school. They give staff a safe space to learn, share, and develop practical approaches to support both themselves and the young people they work with.
By investing in staff well-being and professional development, schools can create healthier, more resilient teams who are better equipped to meet the challenges of their roles.
